H&R Block is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage check-ins, answer phones, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professionals for their needs. This in-person role supports daily office operations and team collaboration.

Training and support help this position become a stepping stone into tax preparation or office leadership. Availability for evenings and weekends during tax season is required, with competitive hourly pay

Competenze

Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve clients professionally.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams).
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
