Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience as a receptionist or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Provide general customer service throughout their visit.
