Job summary

White House Clinics in Mt Vernon, KY is seeking a Patient Access Associate to greet patients, manage check-in, verify demographics and insurance, and act as a bridge between patients and clinical staff. This full-time role supports patient flow and accurate billing data in the electronic practice management system.

You will handle scheduling, collect payments per policy, and guide patients through the sliding fee program.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior medical office experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient reading of schedules and ability to verify demographics.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, and support the check-in process.
• Collect, update, and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinicians to optimize flow.
• Assist with billing, payments, and financial policies.
• Document reminders and follow-ups for patients as directed.
