Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking a Front Desk Scheduler to be the first point of contact at our West St. Paul, MN location. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support clinicians with a welcoming, professional approach.

The role emphasizes patient confidentiality, organization, and teamwork within a compassionate behavioral health team serving Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High School Education required.
• Basic medical terminology training and keyboarding skills.
• Previous clerical experience in a medical/clinic setting with scheduling and EMR.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Reliable transportation and flexible with assignments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone.
• Support providers, staff, visitors, and clients.
• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality of provider, staff, and client information.
• Schedule appointments between providers and clients.
