Qualifications

• Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience.
• Understanding of how to use hotel's Property Management Software (PMS) systems.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Task-driven and able to focus on guest satisfaction.
• Professional attitude under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent the first point of contact with guests and handle all stages of a guest's stay.
• Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
• Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests via all channels.
• Provide up-to-date information about the hotel, local attractions, and events.
• Process and collect payments, adhering to cashier procedures.
• Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
