SEV Laser in Los Angeles is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to be the first and last touch for clients, driving sales of services, memberships, and products. You will warmly welcome clients, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and guide guests toward the best treatment options while maintaining a polished, high-energy experience.

As part of a fast-paced aesthetics clinic, you will meet sales goals, build lasting relationships, and participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of promotions

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with computers and processing payments accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, with weekend availability for part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Achieve individual sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
