SEV Laser is seeking a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will be the first and last contact for clients, promoting services, memberships, and products while guiding them to the best options for their goals.

This role combines client experience with active sales in a fast-paced clinic. Weekend availability is required and prior experience in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
