Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service.
• Warmly welcome clients and manage front-desk interactions from arrival to departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out and accurate payment processing.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments; respond to calls, emails, and messages.
