Job summary

SEV Laser, a leading medical aesthetics brand with 75+ locations nationwide, seeks a Front Desk Sales Associate to drive client engagement and service excellence. You will guide clients through services, memberships, and products, while managing bookings, payments, and a polished first impression.

As the first point of contact, you’ll build relationships, meet sales goals, and collaborate with a fast-paced clinic team to deliver exceptional experiences across SEV locations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience at a front desk, retail, or service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and process payments accurately.
• Weekend availability required.
• Comfort using computers, booking platforms, and client-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and recommend services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals and clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service.
• Warmly welcome clients and manage check-in/check-out and payments.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with accuracy.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and assist with opening/closing.
