Job summary

SEV Laser is seeking a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to greet clients, promote services, memberships, and retail products across our Glendale and Studio City locations. You will set the tone for every visit, drive upgrades, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will be the first and last impression, achieving sales goals, processing payments accurately, and using SEV’s systems to manage bookings. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Comfort using booking platforms and client-management systems

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products
• Identify client needs and recommend services and upgrades
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions
• Meet individual sales goals while supporting clinic performance
• Build lasting client relationships with personalized service
• Warmly welcome clients from arrival through departure, ensuring a polished experience
• Manage check-in/check-out and payment processing accurately
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
• Address questions with care, urgency, and professionalism
• Use SEV’s booking and client-management systems efficiently
• Complete opening and closing duties according to procedures
• Keep front-desk area clean, organized, and stocked
• Support transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed
• Monitor supplies and communicate needs to management
• Participate in training and help new team members
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by leadership
