SEV Laser is hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate to drive client engagement and sales at our Studio City and Los Angeles locations. You will welcome clients, present treatments, and guide them through memberships, packages, and retail options to meet their goals.

The role combines customer service with sales in a fast-paced clinic, requiring a confident communicator who can manage schedules, payments, and a premium client experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and upsell appropriate services.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Meet sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Greet clients, check-in/out, and handle payments accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with care.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and assist with training.
