Job summary

SEV Laser is seeking a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate in Hermosa Beach, CA to be the first and last point of contact for clients. You will promote services, memberships, and products while guiding guests through treatments and pricing.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional client experience, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a polished front-desk environment in a fast-paced clinic setting.

• Natural ability to connect with people and create memorable experiences
• Strong communication, customer service, and active-listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfort using computers, booking platforms, and client-management systems
• Basic math skills and ability to process payments accurately
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Weekend availability is required
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail sales, beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or another client-focused environment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism
• Use SEV’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training
• Support new team members by modeling SEV’s service and selling standards
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by operational or clinical leadership
