SEV Laser, a leading medical aesthetics brand with 75+ locations nationwide, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences. You’ll be the first and last point of contact, guiding clients to services, memberships, packages, and products that align with their goals.

This role blends front-desk duties with sales, requiring a personable, sales-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care and urgency.
• Use SEV’s systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-desk environment.
• Assist with treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Participate in training and support new team members.
