SEV Laser is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives on sales and client experience. You will be the first and last contact, guiding clients through services, memberships, and products to meet their goals.

As a crucial part of a fast-paced clinic, you will engage customers with a welcoming demeanor, educate on treatments and pricing, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Comfort using computers, booking platforms, and client-management systems.

• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions with care and urgency, using SEV systems efficiently.
