Responsibilities

• Operate the telephone switchboard: answer, screen, direct calls and take messages.
• Greet visitors and direct/escort them to destinations within the facility.
• Assist residents, family members, employees and visitors as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks: word processing, data entry, filing.
• Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring access (logbooks, surveillance).
• Keep filing systems orderly and file correspondence appropriately.
• Sort and receive daily mail, deliveries and couriers.
• Report issues or concerns about residents to the Administrator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
