Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Be patient, tactful and cheerful when assisting visitors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone, screens and forwards calls and provides information.
• Greets visitors and directs or escorts them to their destination.
• Assists residents, families, employees and other visitors as needed.
• Performs general administrative tasks such as word processing and data entry.
• Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring access.
• Maintain filing system and file correspondence.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
• Report issues to the Administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.
