Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. You will monitor entry security, greet residents and visitors, answer phones, and support residents with small office tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED) and are comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role supporting daily operations and resident services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require visitors to sign in at the reception desk.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner; route calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general office needs (postage, copies, faxes, notary, etc.).
• Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.
