Dial is seeking a Guest Services/Front Desk helper in Peoria, IL to deliver warm hospitality and support daily operations at the front desk. You will welcome guests, assist residents, handle inquiries, and help coordinate transportation and reservations.

This role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy senior-living environment. 18+ years of age and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills, including phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, determine nature of visit, assist with sign-in, and announce guest to staff.
• Assist residents and families with transportation, reservations, and information.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Respond to emergencies and act as the point of contact in all emergencies.
• Monitor lobby and common areas to maintain safety and a positive environment.
• Receive mail and packages and ensure timely distribution.
