Miller Ophthalmology Associate in Whippany, NJ is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to greet patients, book appointments, answer phones and collect payment information.

You will work as the first point of contact, provide excellent customer service, assist with paperwork such as consent forms, maintain a welcoming front desk, and support the office team with scheduling software (MODMED preferred).

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist in Ophthalmology.
• Excellent communication and commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Experience with MODMED a plus.
