Job summary

Phoenix House of New York is seeking a Front Desk Representative to support a busy office. You will handle calls, greet visitors, manage filing systems, and assist with meeting coordination and expense recording.   • Answer and transfer phone calls, screen when necessary.
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  • Maintain filing systems and retrieve information as requested.

  • Respond to administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments for managers.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute minutes.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment; monitor petty cash usage.
