Job summary

Optima Medical is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Arizona-based medical group. The role involves verifying insurance, collecting balances, answering phones, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of medical front office experience, 1 year in customer service, and familiarity with EMR systems. Excellent communication, detail orientation, teamwork, and multitasking are essential. HS diploma or GED is required.
