Job summary

Optima Medical is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Arizona-based medical group. The role involves verifying insurance, collecting copays, answering calls, and scheduling appointments, supporting a smooth patient experience across our clinics.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in medical front office or customer service, EMR experience, and strong communication skills. HS diploma or GED required; teamwork and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 1yr Medical Front Office preferred.
• 1yr Customer service experience required.
• Experience with EMR.
