Job summary

Optima Medical seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Arizona-based medical group serving over 200,000 patients statewide. You will handle patient intake, verify insurance, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of medical front office or customer service experience, familiarity with EMR, and possess strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills. HS diploma or GED required.
