Job summary

Optima Medical in Arizona is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect copays, answer phones, and schedule appointments, supporting a seamless check-in experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in medical front office or customer service, plus experience with EMR, strong communication, detail orientation, and a collaborative, patient‑friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• 1yr Medical Front Office (Preferred).
• 1yr Customer services experience (Required).
• Experience with EMR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Positive attitude that welcomes teamwork.
• Multitask efficiently.
• Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent.
