Job summary

Optima Medical is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Arizona team. The role handles patient check-in, verifies insurance, processes copays, answers calls, and schedules appointments across our 30 locations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in medical front office and customer service, with EMR experience and strong communication skills. A HS diploma or GED is required, and a positive, team-oriented attitude is valued.
