Job summary

Optima Medical is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their Arizona team. The role involves verifying insurance, collecting copays, answering calls, and scheduling patient appointments in a busy medical office.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of medical front office or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with EMR systems. A HS diploma or GED is required. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities

Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications

• 1yr Medical Front Office (Preferred)
