Job summary

Optima Medical Ltd. is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Arizona-based medical group. You will handle front desk duties in a patient-facing environment, including insurance verification, collections, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical front office experience and strong communication skills, with proficiency in EMR systems. A positive, team-oriented attitude and multitasking ability are essential in our supportive workplace.

Qualifications

Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:

• 1yr Medical Front Office (Preferred)
• 1yr Customer services experience (Required)
