Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service.
• Experience in hospital/office or phone support is preferred.
• Onsite work at 350 W. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Communicates directly with patients and/or families to complete registration and collect demographics and insurance information.
• Enter and verify patient data in real time using computer systems.
• Process referrals, pre-certifications, pre-authorizations per insurance requirements.
• Verify coverage, benefits and create price estimates; collect co-pays and outstanding balances.
