Job summary

Silverado seeks a warm, organized receptionist to welcome residents, families and guests at our memory care community. You’ll handle calls, greet visitors, manage mail, maintain files, and support clerical tasks with a service-first mindset.

The role involves light lifting and staying organized while multitasking in a friendly environment. Pay ranges $18–$20 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience interacting with the public via phone and in person.
• Strong computer skills, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents.
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned.
