Silverado Franklin is seeking a receptionist to warmly welcome residents, families, and guests while supporting front desk operations. This full-time role blends professionalism, empathy, and multitasking to help maintain an organized, caring environment in a memory care community.

You will answer calls, assist with check-ins, manage mail, and keep computer files up to date, contributing to a smooth, welcoming experience for all.<\/p>

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned
