Job summary

Belong is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact at the Village. You will greet visitors, answer calls, assist medical professionals and families, and maintain confidentiality while keeping the reception area orderly.

The role requires a friendly, team-oriented person who can also work independently. It includes a mixed shift pattern (8-2 and 1-7) on a flexi basis, with 16.5 hours per week and weekend alternation.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to greet visitors and manage phone calls with discretion.
• Comfort with handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests arriving at the Village office.
• Direct visitors and assist them to the appropriate person or office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
• Maintain tidy reception area and keep stationery stocked.
• Provide information in person and via phone/email.
• Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Monitor access and issue visitor badges.
