FellowshipLIFE Inc. is seeking a friendly Receptionist at Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, NJ. The role serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm, professional experience at the front desk.

Weekend coverage is required, with alternating schedules and 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shifts. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing calls, performing clerical tasks, and supporting front-desk operations while upholding security and safety standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and team members in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, and route inquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming front-desk environment and provide general clerical support.
• Monitor security and safety protocols and respond to alarms or alerts.
• Collaborate with other departments to support day-to-day operations.
