Qualifications

• Must be able to systematically manage phone switchboard operations.
• Must have working knowledge of computers and data entry / retrieval.
• Must work harmoniously with other personnel and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
