As our Front Desk / Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering calls, texts, and Instagram DMs with professionalism and care.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Greeting clients and making a lasting first impression.
• Promoting our facials, massages, memberships, and consultations.
• Following up with leads and clients to help grow our community.
• Assisting in meeting monthly booking and sales goals.
• Managing front desk and handling daily administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
