Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston, FL is seeking a front desk sales associate. You will greet guests, answer phones, and book appointments while explaining memberships and asking for the sale on a daily basis.

Evening and weekend shifts are required, with opportunities for advancement within a growing Hand & Stone group. Base pay $15–$16/hr plus commissions and monthly bonuses, plus complimentary services, training, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Experience in spa, gym, hospitality, or medical office is a plus.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling rejection.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones, and book appointments.
• Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale.
• Call/text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations.
• Check guests in/out on the booking/POS system.

$17–$20 per hour total earnings | Full-Time and Part-Time | Evenings and weekends required

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

• $15–$16 per hour base, guaranteed — you're paid hourly no matter what you sell
• $30 commission on every membership you sell

Front desk associates who work the phones and ask for the sale clear $17–$20 an hour once commission lands. There's no cap on it. The ceiling is yours to set.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale — you'll carry a monthly goal
• Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fastPrebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail
• Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system
• Keep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience
• Comfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing no
• Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone
• Reliable and punctual, week in and week out
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
• Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
