Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston, FL is seeking a front desk associate to greet guests, answer phones, and drive memberships with monthly sales goals. You will manage bookings, explain benefits, and upsell services while supporting therapists.

Earn $17–$20 per hour total, with base pay, commissions, and monthly bonuses. Full-time and part-time options available; evenings and weekends required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections.
• Friendly, confident communication on the phone.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow shifts.
• Experience with scheduling software and POS systems is a plus.

• Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointments.

• Keep the front desk clean and support therapists during busy shifts.

$17–$20 per hour total earnings | Full-Time and Part-Time | Evenings and weekends required

What You Can Earn

• $15–$16 per hour base, guaranteed — you're paid hourly no matter what you sell
• $30 commission on every membership you sell

Front desk associates who work the phones and ask for the sale clear $17–$20 an hour once commission lands. There's no cap on it. The ceiling is yours to set.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience
• Comfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing no
• Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone
• Reliable and punctual, week in and week out
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
• Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
