Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa — Weston, FL is seeking a front desk team member for a sales-oriented role. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, explain memberships, and strive to meet monthly sales goals. This position offers both full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling.

This role pays $17–$20 per hour total earnings, with a base $15–$16 plus $30 per membership commission, plus monthly bonuses and benefits. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience in hospitality or retail.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling rejection.
• Reliable and punctual with strong phone skills.
• Familiar with scheduling software and POS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones, and book appointments.
• Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale.
• Maintain a smooth front desk operation and hit monthly goals.
• Call/text guests to fill schedules and recover cancellations.
• Check guests in/out using the booking/POS system.
• Support therapists and keep the front desk organized.
