You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage sign-ins, provide clerical support, and help maintain a welcoming environment. Prior reception or healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receptionist/front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus.
