JSK Hospitality seeks a Front Desk Associate for Home2 Suites by Hilton Elkhart in Elkhart, IN. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with open availability including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

You will check guests in and out, manage reservations, process payments, and use the PMS to handle folios and records. We value friendly, proactive service and Hilton-standard guest care.

Qualifications

• Open availability for full-time and part-time schedules.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers and PMS systems; cash handling ability.

Responsabilités

• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.
• Use the PMS to manage room assignments, folios, and guest records.
• Deliver Hilton-standard guest service and respond to guest requests and concerns.
• Promote Hilton Honors and hotel amenities.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and complete shift reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area.
• Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures.
