JSK Hospitality seeks a Courtyard by Marriott Elkhart front desk associate to greet guests, check in/out, and ensure a warm, brand-standard experience. You will handle reservations, payments, and guest requests with a focus on efficiency and courtesy.

As part of the JSK portfolio, you will promote hotel amenities, enroll guests in the loyalty program, and assist other departments to deliver seamless service while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills; hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS familiarity.
• Cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

About the Role

Be the first point of contact for our guests. Deliver warm, efficient, brand-standard service from arrival to departure at our Courtyard by Marriott hotel.
