Your day includes processing cash/credit transactions, collecting IDs, issuing keys, and safeguarding deposits. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with a polished appearance and proactive guest care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front desk or guest service experience.
• Good reading, writing, basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to be flexible for night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Diploma or degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.
• Acknowledge rewards members and returning guests in person or by phone.
• Take and manage bookings, upsell opportunities and share ways to improve stay.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Check guests in and out, collect IDs, issue room keys and manage safety deposit boxes.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests, questions and concerns.
• Be a trusted contact for guests and assist with billing and local knowledge as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents; wear required safety gear.
• Maintain a professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
• Stay aware of daily events and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
