Job summary

Morehead City Treatment Center, LLC is seeking a front desk associate to ensure high-quality client service and smooth front-desk operations. You will greet clients, collect payments, and coordinate with the clinical team while maintaining client confidentiality under federal law.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of customer service/front desk experience; sobriety is required if in recovery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1 year of customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Recovery: at least 3 years of continuous sobriety if in recovery.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; maintain professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Check in clients and accurately collect payments.
• Balance cash drawer and report summaries to Program Director.
• Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
