Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Front Office Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will check in patients, handle payments, and support daily operations with a friendly, professional demeanor to guide new patients through intake.

The role involves collecting samples for drug screens, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical staff, and supporting patient accounts. Weekend/evening flexibility is requested where needed.

Formación

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients and provide a ‘white glove’ experience.
• Guide new patients through the intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
