Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The PSR ensures a positive, seamless patient experience by managing front desk operations and workflows.

This PRN role is based at Mercy Hospital Stoddard in Dexter, MO, with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Strong communication, data entry and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to protect patient privacy.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
