Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to create an excellent patient experience.
• Interact with patients and families in sensitive situations.
• Register patients, verify insurance, schedule, collect and receipting, and manage arrival/departure desk activities.
• Encourage patient use of front-end technology during registration.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information including insurance and billing details; assist billing functions.
• Demonstrate proficiency with emergency codes and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor inventory and stock medications, narcotics and emergency medications/equipment.
