Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients with exceptional customer service to create a positive patient experience.
• Answers phone.
• Utilize medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for patients.
• Insurance verifications, referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Schedules patients' appointments and checks them in at arrival.
• Collects co-pays and balances daily cash.
• Performs data entry for proper billing and completes daily billing reports.
