Training provided to learn ophthalmic workflows and insurance verification processes, ensuring smooth appointments and high-quality care. You will handle phone lines, schedule appointments, and support office staff while collaborating with doctors to maintain a friendly, efficient environment for patients throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk/reception or customer-facing administrative duties.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Become a subject matter expert in insurance plans to verify and educate patients.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient experience.
