Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our front-desk team in Charlotte, NC. You will deliver a personalized patient experience at check-in/check-out, train in insurance plan basics, and support appointment confirmations in partnership with doctors.

Weekend/evening shifts are required, and training is provided to learn the vision care industry. You will manage phone lines, greet patients, and assist in coordinating patient services while collaborating with the office team to

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience.
• Verify insurance options and educate patients at check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach in coordination with providers.
• Handle multiple phone lines, greet patients, and support office staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office roles as needed.
