Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will help ensure a positive and seamless patient experience by managing front desk operations and workflows.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and customer service. Training will include Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
