Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our Colorado front desk team. You will guide patients through check-in and check-out, answer questions, verify insurance, and coordinate appointments with care teams.

No optical experience required; training and tools will be provided to help you understand the industry and deliver a best-in-class patient experience. Weekend and evening shifts are required at times to support peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative tasks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering service.
• Flexible and collaborative mindset; willingness to wear multiple hats.
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely and seamless.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments, and support staff as needed.
• Cross train to other office roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
